Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Same-Day Care No Call Windsor & Fort Collins, CO Banner Health, one of the nation's largest fully integrated nonprofit health systems, is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established Same-Day Care team, working across two locations in Windsor and Fort Collins, Colorado. Opportunity Highlights Exposure to a wide range of acute illnesses, injuries, and conditions, including procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, point-of-care diagnostics, and more Work alongside medical assistants and support staff in a collaborative, team-based environment On-site x-ray at both locations, with on-site lab services at Fort Collins Seamless access to Banner Health primary care and specialists Schedule Details 36 patient-facing hours + 4 admin hours per week Typically 12-hour shifts (weekdays) 4-hour shifts (weekends) Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Average weekend coverage is approximately four shifts per month Open most holidays on a rotation Closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Day About the Area Windsor and Fort Collins offer an ideal mix of small-town charm, outdoor recreation and easy access to Denver.
