We are seeking a highly motivated

System Analyst

with strong experience in systems analysis, application integrations, and financial services technology environments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, define solutions, and support the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Job Description:

Analyze business and system requirements across complex application landscapes. Perform data analysis, data mapping, system feasibility studies, and impact assessments. Create and maintain use cases, process flows, story maps, and functional documentation. Support system configuration, workflow design, and process automation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical and business challenges. Lead issue investigation and drive timely resolution across multiple stakeholder groups. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities. Work closely with development, architecture, and business teams in an Agile environment. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices and solution design. Required Skills

5+ years of Systems Analysis experience within IT, Financial Services, or a related industry. Strong experience with:

Data Analysis Data Mapping Gap Analysis Impact Analysis System Configuration User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Process Documentation Story Mapping Use Case Development

Experience working in complex environments with multiple applications, integrations, and business processes. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 55000 - 75000/per annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
