WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist project management and executives with day-to-day administrative support Create, distribute, and execute contracts, purchase orders, compliances, and any other contractual documentation in the project management system (CMiC) and DocuSign Assist the project management team with the change order management process Ensure subcontractors maintain insurance throughout the project duration Receive and assist with the sub pay application process, including reviewing pay applications and lien waivers, and submission to accounting via GCPay Ensure timely updates of contacts, contracts, and change orders into CMiC and GCPay Receive, track, and coordinate all applicable sales tax reporting WHAT YOU'LL BRING Minimum of three years’ experience conducting contractual/administrative work in Construction Strong verbal and written communication skills Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Aptitude to learn new computer applications and software. Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize discrepancies. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
