On this assignment, you'll collaborate with the Special Education director and contribute directly to a virtual school program run onsite from the district office. Serving a close-knit caseload of about seven students, you’ll help shape innovative learning while expanding your professional skills through exposure to modern workplace practices and leadership approaches. Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher licensure
• Experience in virtual schools or similar educational settings
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Ability to work onsite at the district office as requested

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and instruction to students with special needs (approximately 7 students)
• Collaborate with the Special Education director and onsite staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Assist in the transition to and integration of virtual learning platforms
