Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching license
• Proven experience working in virtual or hybrid school settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills to engage both students and staff
• Adaptability and innovative thinking to address diverse student needs
• Must be able to provide up-to-date proof of licensure and resume

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group special education instruction to virtual learners onsite from the district office
• Collaborate with the Special Education Director to adapt curriculum and instruction as needed
• Develop and implement IEPs for all assigned students, aligning with educational best practices
• Maintain accurate student records, including progress monitoring and reporting
• Engage with parents or guardians to support student growth and address any concerns
• Participate in professional meetings and training sessions as required by the district
