• Key deliverables the right candidate must own:
  • Pipeline attribution & predictability : model lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, average deal size, forecast partner-sourced pipeline
  • Tableau dashboards : events calendar, OKR, pipeline, opportunities; plus executive QBR presentations
  • Development Fund ROI tracking : minimum 10x return threshold on partner marketing investments
  • Data model ownership : KPI definitions, naming conventions, methodology alignment across GTM teams
• AI agent building is a nice-to-have HM is actively building agents via Rovo/Claude/Copilot and wants analytics automation
• Candidate with RevOps or GTM analytics background (Salesforce-heavy) may be a stronger fit than a pure marketing analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist III with marketing analytics expertise to drive data-driven insights and pipeline predictability. This role focuses on analyzing trends, building dashboards, maintaining KPI definitions, and translating marketing data into actionable intelligence for partner ecosystem optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze marketing activity trends and their impact on pipeline growth and customer acquisition

Provide strategic insights into pipeline attribution, partner engagement, and marketing influence on revenue

Own data models, KPI definitions, dimensions, and metrics including conversion rates, ROI calculations, and deal size analysis

Build and maintain dashboards and reports in visualization tools to track marketing performance across channels and segments

Ensure marketing analytics integrates into core reporting infrastructure and frameworks

Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and advanced mathematics to identify patterns and drive data-driven recommendations

Collaborate with product engineers to translate prototypes and innovations into scalable solutions

Support Business Intelligence and data visualization platforms for real-time performance tracking and ad-hoc analysis

Guide stakeholders through data insights, connecting campaign performance to pipeline and business outcomes

Maintain high data quality standards through vendor partnerships and collaboration with data engineering teams

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or data-driven marketing roles

Advanced proficiency in SQL and data mining tools

Expert-level experience with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms

Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM analytics

Experience with ETL tools and data modeling frameworks

Preferred Skills

Background in B2B technology marketing or channel analytics

Experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and metrics frameworks

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analysis

Familiarity with agile analytics methodologies and rapid prototyping
