### Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule:
• Tuesday-Friday
• 8-hour clinic days
• No call
• No weekends
• EMR: Epic
• Patient Volume:
• Approximately 10-15 patients per day
• Mix of new consults and follow-up visits
### Requirements
• Board Certified in Hematology and/or Oncology
• Active ME license or active IMLC required
• Epic experience required
• COVID and flu vaccine required
• NPDB self-query within 30 days required
• Comfort managing benign hematology referrals required
### Clinical Details
• General hematology and oncology patient population
• Adult outpatient practice
• Broad mix of hematologic and oncologic diagnoses
• Bone marrow biopsies optional
• APPs handle most bone marrow procedures
• In-basket management through Epic
• Phone consults with outside providers regarding established and new patients
• Collaborative team of:
• 2 physicians
• 2 APPs
• Occasional rotating fellows
• Strong physician support environment
