If you have a passion for welding and fitting and are looking to grow your career in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.Perform welding and fitting tasks on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper settings and techniques are used.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and resolve any issues that arise.Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in welding techniques.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding program is preferred.Proven experience as a welder/fitter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) and equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Valid welding certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
