Now Hiring: Production Support Worker Bowerston, OH!
Mancan is hiring a Production Support Worker for a 1st shift position in Bowerston!
Shift: MondayFriday, 4:30 AM3:00 PM Pay: $14.50 per hour

In this hands-on role, you will support machine operators and production activities throughout the department. Duties include operating shrink-wrap equipment, assisting with material processing, loading and stacking materials, inspecting products for quality, sanding, packaging, labeling, and moving materials using pallet jacks and manual handling.
You may also use basic measuring tools and computer systems to track production activity, read work orders, troubleshoot minor process issues, and help keep production running efficiently. Employees will have the opportunity to learn multiple machines and processes and provide support in other areas as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and math skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous factory or machine operation experience is a plus but not required. Applicants should be dependable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and willing to work overtime or weekends when needed.
