This new role will extend rebate and deal desk activity into the FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to execute to Company’s timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing:This is a non-traditional Sales FP&A role requiring direct experience with Market Development Funds (MDF), rebate, or channel incentive programsFinance Business Partner to support WW Channel Sales and NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Programs & Operations teams on MDF and Indirect RebatesProactively lead cross-functional collaboration with Partner Sales, NPN Programs & Operations, BU Finance, Marketing Finance, and Revenue Accounting teams on MDF strategy and executionClosely partner with NPN Programs & Operations teams and partner sales leaders to establish and drive towards channel goals through the use of creative incentive structuresOversee and administer externally and internally facing Salesforce incentive portalsGenerate MDF forecasts, aligning with BU Finance, Marketing Finance, Revenue Accounting for P&L modelingDevelop key performance metrics and dashboards to measure effectiveness of Incentive Programs and MDF StrategyAnalyze large data sets across multiple platforms and systems with the ability to synthesize the data to draw conclusions, provide business insights, and tell a story through dataMaintain data quality and data accuracy across all group projects and drive continuous improvement efforts for data quality. Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of all standard reportsWhat we need to see:5+ years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience, especially with revenue data analytics and modeling, supporting a global, high-tech corporationBachelor’s or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering; MBA a plusExpert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Databricks, and SAP applications a plusTrack record of employing AI tools for data analysis, modeling, and reporting workflowsWorld-class analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to derive and convey business insightsAbility to define new processes, improve analytics, and influence business decisionsEagerness to wear many hats, adjusting day-to-day responsibilities as business conditions evolveMeticulous with the highest regard for accuracy and completenessHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage multiple priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and process improvementWays to stand out from the crowd:Direct experience with MDF, rebate, or channel incentive programsBackground in semiconductor, hardware, or channel-driven business with multiple RTMExperience automating finance workflows with Python or SQL beyond ExcelExposure to hardware sales LOB in a high-growth or rapidly scaling environmentWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
