Description

In this role you will develop integrated brand plans and strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels, and driving a best-in-class customer experience in our retail spaces.You will unlock insights to develop successful campaigns, inspire evolution, drive impact and measure effectiveness.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop experiences, marketing campaigns, and communication plans.You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stake-holders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated campaigns from strategy through launch, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment across all key stakeholders
• Conduct ongoing campaign analysis and optimization, measuring performance against KPIs and implementing improvements to maximize ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global teams ensuring cross-functional stakeholders have input for seamless campaign execution and continuous learning across geographies

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environment
• Experience managing integrated consumer marketing campaigns for global brands across different channels including digital, print, and social
• Track record managing highly confidential and complex product and launch roadmaps to ensure all teams are building cohesive strategies
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environment
• Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels
• Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences and campaigns
• Ability to work with large data sets to identify the right objectives, messages and moments for a campaign to be successful, and the measurement strategies that prove it
• Comfort with fast iteration: testing, learning, and responding quickly to changing market signals An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit, empower and develop outstanding talent. A phenomenal teammate who leads from the front and will be the campion for doing what’s right
• Skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,700 and $280,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
