In this role you will develop integrated brand plans and strategies ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels and driving a best-in-class customer experience in our retail spaces. nYou will unlock insights to develop successful campaigns inspire evolution drive impact and measure will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop experiences marketing campaigns and communication plans. nYou will build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stake-holders across the business.

Develop integrated campaigns from strategy through launch collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment across all key stakeholdersnConduct ongoing campaign analysis and optimization measuring performance against KPIs and implementing improvements to maximize ROInBuild and maintain strong relationships with local and global teams ensuring cross-functional stakeholders have input for seamless campaign execution and continuous learning across geographies

7 years experience in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environmentnExperience managing integrated consumer marketing campaigns for global brands across different channels including digital print and socialnTrack record managing highly confidential and complex product and launch roadmaps to ensure all teams are building cohesive strategiesnStrong analytical skills able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact

10 years experience in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environmentnTrack record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels nStrategically astute with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences and campaignsnAbility to work with large data sets to identify the right objectives messages and moments for a campaign to be successful and the measurement strategies that prove itnComfort with fast iteration: testing learning and responding quickly to changing market signals An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit empower and develop outstanding talent.
