Your day-to-day will include:Restoration: Pressure washing and soft washing homes, roofs, and decks to prepare them for treatment.Craftsmanship: Sanding and staining exterior wood (fences, decks, log cabins) to our "Top-Notch" quality standards.Maintenance: Performing minor repairs on decks and fences to ensure structural integrity.Precision: Maintaining equipment and reporting project status with high accuracy.Safety & Logistics: Managing tools and adhering to safety protocols on every job site.Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small things—a missed spot, a loose board, or an uncleaned tool—and you fix them without being asked.Hard-Working: You enjoy physical labor and aren't afraid of "feeling the burn" after a productive day.Growth-Minded: You want to learn the business and eventually lead your own crew.Reliable: You show up on time, every time, with a positive attitude.Professional: You can communicate clearly with teammates and provide stellar service to our customers.Position RequirementsPhysical Ability Must be able to lift heavy items and handle a physically demanding outdoor workload.Height Comfort Ability to perform occasional ladder and lift work.Transportation Reliable transportation to reach various job sites.Integrity Must pass a background check and have a clean driving recordSchedule Full availability for our Monday–Thursday schedule.
