Production Helper

Floater Position The Floater works alongside skilled Blender and Packing Operators in a fast-paced, labor-intensive production environment. This role supports the repeated blending and packaging of spice blends while maintaining quality, accuracy, and food safety standards. Responsibilities: Assist with the blending and packaging process Accurately document and verify production activities Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Lift and handle ingredient bags weighing up to 50 lbs Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks Ability to pass an aptitude test Pay: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour, based on experience Paid-for-Performance incentive available Schedule: Start time: 6:00 AM End time: When production is complete This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
