Production Associate - Sign Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities Fabricate signs using various materials (metal, vinyl, acrylic, etc.) Operate tools, machinery, and equipment (e.g. CNC router, saws, welders). Assemble and install sign components. Prepare sign surfaces for painting Read and interpret work orders and design specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools. Previous experience in sign manufacturing, fabrication, or related trade a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
