Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$17.00 – $20.11 per hour depending on department and shift

Shifts:

Lean Brake shift times:
1st shift - 7:00am–3:20pm ($17.00/hr)
2nd shift - 3:00pm–11:20pm ($17.50/hr)
3rd shift (Sun–Thu) - 11:00pm–7:20am ($18.00/hr)

Axles shift times:
1st shift - 6:00am–4:20pm Mon–Thu ($19.11/hr)
2nd shift - 2:00pm–10:20pm Mon–Fri ($19.61/hr)
3rd shift - 8:00pm–6:20am Sun–Wed ($20.11/hr)

What’s a typical day as Assembly Worker? You’ll be:

• Building and inspecting braking systems to ensure top quality and safety
• Using hand tools and gauges to assemble and troubleshoot components
• Preparing parts and kits for assembly lines
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety protocols

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
• Possess basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for the duration of your shift
• Are reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and open to overtime as needed
• Are motivated to start or grow your career in manufacturing
