Material Handler (Stacker)Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Material Handler (Stacker) Location: The Colony, TX Pay Range: $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay) Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Pay increase upon permanent hire)What's the Job?Stack, organize, and secure cartons and products safely throughout the warehouse.Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage and outbound shipment.Load and unload products and materials as needed.Move inventory throughout the warehouse using approved equipment and procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting with general warehouse duties.What's Needed?Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.Strong attendance, dependability, and teamwork skills.Commitment to following safety procedures and warehouse standards.What's in it for me?Weekly pay at $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity for a pay increase upon permanent hire and additional performance-based merit increases as you grow within the company.Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with full-time hours.Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential pay increase upon permanent placement.Gain experience with a growing logistics and fulfillment operation.Supportive team environment and opportunity for career growth.
