Inventory Manager - Japan - (Onsite)

What You Will Do The Inventory Manager is responsible for all supply chain management in support of the F135 Joint Spares Pool (JSP) Multi‑Use Warehouse in the local region. Responsibilities include monitoring depot‑level spare material support for F135 depot operations, providing global inventory warehousing and distribution services for F‑35 unit‑level operating locations, ensuring logistics planning and execution tied to the maturation of the F135 repair cycle process, driving integration and communications to resolve depot and unit‑level parts shortages efficiently, liaising with P&W East Hartford global spares support team to flag and reconcile standard/gross deltas, and coordinating with the F135 Global Spares Package (GSP) Warehouse for rapid pick/pack/ship of F135 spares, including support for DSPs and ASPs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8 years of operations experience in warehousing or aircraft maintenance, or an advanced degree with 5 years of operations experience. U.S. citizenship; eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret). Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred). Familiarity with engine MRO depot maintenance (preferred). Lean manufacturing experience (preferred). Strong collaboration and influence across functional groups (preferred). Customer‑expected performance in an MRO environment (preferred). Excellent communication skills, comfortable briefing management (preferred). Salary USD 107,500 – 204,500 annually (range varies by experience).
