F135 Deputy Property Manager - (Onsite)

Role Overview The F135 Deputy Property Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the F135 Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) team in overall F135 property system compliance. The role is the subject matter expert for FAR, DFAR, and FIAR related property requirements and performs periodic property reviews at all F135 locations. The property lead trains staff, ensures processes align with FAR and contractual requirements, and develops process improvements and corrective actions for systemic weaknesses. What You Will Do Work with the FIAR team to develop integration plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with F135 property goals. Manage inventory and audit activities, deliver master property reporting, troubleshoot property-related concerns, and manage the digital solution for GFP Module automation to align with required property life cycle reporting. Drive continuous improvements across property lifecycle events to maintain compliance with evolving government initiatives and regulations. Exhibit strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build consensus with individuals and organizations; communicate effectively and build strong relationships with USG customers. Travel up to 50% of the time. Qualifications You Must Have BS/BA degree. 10 years of experience in supply chain, property, and project management, or an advanced degree with 7 years of related experience. U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance). Qualifications We Prefer Master of Business Administration. Certified Professional Property Manager. Knowledge of military customers and propulsion system sustainment. Experience managing cross‑functional teams and leading cross‑functional meetings. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, self‑starter orientation, analytical problem‑solving, business judgment, and customer focus. Role Type This is an onsite role. Employees will work primarily onsite, including production and maintenance work. Relocation assistance is not available. The employee is responsible for commuting to and from the assigned site. Hybrid roles may require in‑person attendance for certain interview steps.
