We are seeking a reliable Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and light commercial environments. A strong understanding of water supply, drainage, and gas piping systems is essential, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and accurately. A plumbing license is not a requirement as long as the candidate has relevant experience and a willingness to learn. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to determine project details and procedures.
Proactively test plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, and other potential problems to prevent issues before they arise.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure high-quality service and effective communication throughout the project.
Adhere to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Maintain and update service records, job details, and reports to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
Provide excellent customer service, answer client inquiries, and offer clear explanations of plumbing issues and recommended solutions.
Assist in growing the business by building strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and potentially receiving referrals.
Continuously improve your plumbing knowledge and skills through on-the-job learning and professional development.
If needed, assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff or apprentices.
Perform other duties as required by the company or management to meet client and business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to grow into a lead role.
Proven experience as a plumber or plumbing helper.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SKILL & EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Forward-thinking with the ability to adapt to new ideas and streamline processes.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Preferred/Optional: Experience with advanced plumbing systems (e.g., water treatment).
Preferred/Optional: Certifications in gas fitting, backflow prevention, or HVAC systems.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Bi-Weekly team meetings at our office in Oldsmar, Florida
Expected Hours are 7am-5pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays are optional
8 Company paid holidays + Accruing PTO policy after probationary period

COMPENSATION:
- Hourly Rate starting at $28-$32/hour based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
