Sales Representative – TruGreen Location: 525 Busse Highway, Park Ridge, Illinois 60068 Overview As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you will be the approachable face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners to introduce personalized lawn care solutions and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to assess lawn care needs and deliver customized solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a customer‑focused approach. Translate “just looking” into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance in the CRM system to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell lawn‑care services to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer‑service experience a plus; passion, drive, and strong people skills preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and ability to close conversations. Excellent time‑management skills; self‑starter who is proactive. Comfortable with mobile technology and CRM usage. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Must be located in the United States while performing this job. We recognize and encourage veteran applicants. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
