Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Perform U.S. IRW Tax Withholding and Reporting functions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

• Service tax-related client inquiries and escalations, particularly supporting the Prime Brokerage business and delivering exceptional client service.

• Liaise with associates and stakeholders at all levels across global locations to analyze and resolve tax operations processes and issues.

• Participate in ad hoc projects related to new processes, regulatory initiatives, industry changes, metrics reporting, and quality assurance activities.

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience supporting tax operations, tax reporting, withholding processes, financial services, or brokerage operations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

• Ability to compile metrics, perform quality assurance reviews, and adhere to established procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Pay: $38.48/hour

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Hybrid work environment in Jacksonville, FL (onsite at least 3 days per week)

Pay Details: $38.48 per hour
