Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that precisely identify clients' mental health needs. Develop personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide holistic and coordinated care to our clients.

• Assist in crisis intervention by providing immediate support and resources to clients in acute distress, demonstrating expertise in handling emergency situations with compassion and skill.

Qualifications\n
