Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays. Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines. Monitor Sales Representative negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years of age with a valid state driver's license. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance and travel to various store locations (mileage reimbursed). Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25–35 miles of Kenosha, WI. Schedule availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; shift starts at 07:00 AM.
