Contract Migration Manager

Job Summary:

The Contract Migration Manager will lead and manage the transition of Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing processes, systems, and workflows to the T1776 Contract framework. The role ensures a seamless migration with compliance to contractual requirements, minimizing business disruption. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing migration to the T1776 Contract.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Verizon teams, finance, procurement, and contract management groups to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Analyze current billing processes, identify gaps, and define future-state workflows under the T1776 Contract.
• Develop and maintain transition timelines, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and communication strategies.
• Validate invoice accuracy, structure alignment, and contractual compliance throughout the migration.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 7+ years of experience supporting Verizon Carrier Services under the State of New Jersey T1776 contract.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications service ordering.
• 7+ years of experience in contract migration management.
• Strong knowledge of telecom service ordering processes.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning in contract transitions.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholder teams.
• Familiarity with billing and invoicing systems migration.

Special Considerations:

• Absences greater than two weeks must be approved in advance by management with contact information provided.
• Candidate must agree to client's right to dismiss if returning to work is delayed beyond the agreed date.

Scheduling:

• Hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days onsite in Newark, NJ.
• Contract duration from October 5, 2026, through March 31, 2027.
