You will lead the contractual processes with all partners. You will report to the VP, Chief Operations and Admin Officer, Westinghouse Government Services, 100% Remote role.Responsibilities:Review and coordinate Request for Proposals including pricing, change orders and modificationsSolicit, award and manage Purchase Orders and SubcontractsManage Non-Disclosure and Teaming AgreementsApply knowledge of Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and IDIQ contractsSupport Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) reviews and auditsNegotiate successful outcomes on contractsManage contract/subcontract reporting systemsConduct FAR research and recommend compliant approachesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.10+ years experience in contract management with federal contractsKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplementsKnowledge of government systems, programs and contractual obligations between a government body, a privately-run company and multiple sub-contractorsExperience at the Department of Energy or Department of Defense preferred.Certified Professional Contracts Manager or similar preferred.Ability to travel when requiredWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
