We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant!

Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks while assisting the operational accountants with administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

• Process weekly AP draws
• Scan deposits to the bank
• Scan bank reconciliation for record-keeping
• Distribute financial draw information
• Conduct and balance monthly AP audits
• Enter biweekly payroll invoices
• Compile month-end reports received from the site teams

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Must be self-motivated with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide mathematical figures

Compensation: Full-Time $ 20.50 to $ 21.00 per hour
