Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent

Globe Life is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Associate to help individuals and families secure life and supplemental health insurance. Responsibilities Prospect and contact individuals and families seeking life and supplemental health insurance Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate insurance products Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options in clear, compliant terms Follow up with leads, manage a personal sales pipeline, and close new business Provide ongoing customer service, policy reviews, and beneficiary updates Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity goals Maintain accurate records in CRM and adhere to all compliance requirements Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and product knowledge sessions Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support office goals Represent Globe Life in the community and at local events to build brand awareness Key Competencies Outbound and inbound sales Customer relationship management (CRM) Insurance product knowledge (life and supplemental health) Needs-based financial analysis Lead generation and pipeline management Sales presentation and closing techniques Regulatory and compliance adherence Documentation and record-keeping Basic computer and office software proficiency Time management and prioritization Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensing & Background State life and health insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) Background check and any state-specific licensing requirements Sales or customer service experience in finance or insurance preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Globe Life
