Compensation

$120,000 - $170,000+ (Based on Experience)

Project Portfolio

The successful candidate will estimate projects including:

• Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities

• Distribution Centers & Logistics Parks

• Commercial Site Development

• Retail Construction Projects

• Residential Communities & Subdivisions

• Large-Scale Earthwork and Infrastructure Work

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project estimates and bid proposals

• Complete quantity takeoffs for grading, earthwork, and utilities

• Analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents

• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Assist with budgeting and preconstruction efforts

• Identify potential cost risks and value engineering opportunities

• Participate in bid reviews and strategy meetings

• Partner with project teams to ensure successful project turnover

Required Experience

• Experience estimating civil construction projects

• Background in site development, earthwork, grading, and/or underground utilities

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

• Solid knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing

• Experience using estimating and takeoff software

• Experience pricing commercial, industrial, or residential development projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Preconstruction and conceptual budgeting experience

• Value engineering experience

• Familiarity with subcontractor and vendor markets
