About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four built on experience, support, and strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years in State Farm corporate and also worked as a team member, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the business. I'm passionate about creating a fun and meaningful workplace where people enjoy what they do and feel supported in their growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
