What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Supervise the microbiology section of the laboratory
• Perform and oversee technical procedures and Quality Control
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (CLIA/CAP)
• Support accurate specimen handling and reporting integrity
• Lead with accountability, precision, and a strong quality mindset

What We’re Looking For

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License (Required)
• Strong experience in Clinical Microbiology laboratory operations
• Hands-on expertise in Quality Control, instrumentation, and lab procedures
• Knowledge of laboratory regulatory and quality systems (CLIA/CAP)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• ASCP certification preferred
