Pine Health is partnering with a highly supportive school district seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position beginning in January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative BCBA who enjoys working across multiple campuses and partnering closely with school psychologists, special education teams, and district leadership.

The selected BCBA will support four school sites (2 elementary schools and 2 middle schools) while joining an established behavioral services team that includes five additional BCBAs throughout the district.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations to school teams
• Collaborate closely with school psychologists throughout the assessment process
• Support SKI-AS assessment procedures and behavioral evaluations
• Provide training and guidance to staff regarding behavior supports and interventions
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district and special education requirements
• Travel between four assigned school sites as needed

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education procedures, behavior assessment, and intervention planning
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple campuses
