• Bonus: $2,000 sign-on bonus

Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and commission diverse forklift models to optimal operating condition.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize safety and reliability.
• Apply and follow safety protocols without compromise.
• Collaborate with teammates and customers to coordinate service and minimize downtime.
• Complete precise service notes, parts usage logs, and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a forklift technician or in a comparable equipment service role.
• Working knowledge of electrical circuits and hydraulic systems.
• Strong diagnostic mindset and problem-solving capability.
• Effective communicator and team contributor.
• Professional, customer-oriented attitude—friendly and courteous.
