Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment. BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC. Experience working in skilled nursing and short-term rehab settings. Ability to manage typical SNF caseloads including post-operative care, fall risk reduction, and chronic condition management. Resume required for submission; candidate start date and experience will influence placement priority. All candidates are welcome; must meet facility screening and credentialing requirements. Preferred: previous travel therapy experience and familiarity with electronic medical record systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Schedule: 5 days per week with flexible selection of weekdays. Shift Name: Days. Patient Population: Skilled nursing and short-term rehab stays. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
