Director of Social Services: Patient-Centric Care Leader
Medilodge of West Bloomfield
MediLodge of West Bloomfield is seeking a Social Services lead to direct the psychosocial support for residents and families in a long-term care setting. You will supervise staff, perform assessments, and collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans.
The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and knowledge of psychosocial practices in senior care. Experience in long-term care is preferred, with state licensing compliance as needed.
