Therapy Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator
Concentra Urgent Care
Concentra in Troy, MI is seeking a Physical Therapy Support Specialist to assist Chairs with referrals, scheduling, and front/back office tasks. You will help manage therapy referrals, support patient registration and check-out, and maintain accurate records in the EMR.
This role emphasizes protecting patient privacy, coordinating with therapists and CTD, and ensuring timely authorizations and smooth patient flow in a busy therapy center.
