Medical Receptionist/Physical Therapy Technician

We are looking for a motivated, friendly team member to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. This hybrid position combines front desk duties with hands-on rehab aide support to keep our clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and deliver excellent customer service
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
• Verify insurance, update charts, and maintain electronic medical records
• Collect and post patient payments; handle general administrative tasks
• Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercises
• Apply hot/cold packs and prepare treatment areas
• Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and clinic spaces

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of previous medical front office experience preferred
• Excellent telephone skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
• Experience with medical software preferred
• Flexibility with work hours and availability
• Attention to detail with great time management and organizational skills
• Team player attitude with an energetic focus on excellent customer service
