Well-Being Pediatrics, located in Novi, Michigan is a vibrant, state of the art pediatric practice, with a mission to provide quality medical care to pediatric patients in a compassionate family-oriented manner, is looking for highly motivated, tech savvy people interested in working in the medical field with children to join our team! We are looking to fill several positions. Pay is competitive. Hours can be flexible. Benefits for full time staff include but are not limited to; 401k with employer match, medical, dental, optical, life and voluntary insurance plans.
The job requires applicants to be computer literate, have a basic knowledge of medical insurance rules, and preferably experience working in a medical facility. The job will require the following:
- Answering phones/scheduling appointments
- Performing check-in/check-out duties
- Submitting Global Referrals
- Working on Prior Authorizations
- Drafting of simple letters
- Ability to deal with demanding parents
