Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment Maintain conveyors, forklifts, cranes, pumps, compressors, and other machinery Fabricate, weld, and modify equipment and structures as needed Conduct inspections and identify safety or equipment concerns Support facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, and building systems Maintain maintenance records, logs, and PM schedules Follow all safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Work with vendors and contractors on specialized repairs

What We're Looking For

2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Welding and fabrication experience preferred Basic PLC knowledge is a plus Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and LOTO procedures Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting
• Required PPE includes steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, and gloves
