About the Role We are seeking a versatile, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Global Partner Marketing organization in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will create compelling visual assets that support our global partner ecosystem—from digital marketing campaigns and event experiences to email marketing, landing pages, sales and partner enablement materials. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design skills with hands-on experience developing marketing emails and landing pages, while embracing AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, streamline production, and enhance design quality. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in designing beautiful creative, solving marketing challenges, and continuously exploring new technologies that improve efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social media, presentations, paid advertising, and partner marketing campaigns.
• Design event materials including booth graphics, signage, presentations, promotional collateral, and other in-person experiences.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution while ensuring quality, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy marketing emails and landing pages using HubSpot and Salesforce Pardot.
• Leverage AI-powered creative and productivity tools to accelerate concept development, generate design variations, improve workflows, and enhance creative output while maintaining brand integrity.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, design trends, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and creative excellence.

Software & Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Advanced PowerPoint design and presentation development
• Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce Pardot
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page development
• Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms
• Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Figma AI, Midjourney, Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools
• Video editing experience is a plus

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience supporting marketing organizations (B2B, technology, or partner/channel marketing experience preferred).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, print, events, presentations, and campaign design.
• Experience designing and deploying marketing emails and landing pages within marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI into the creative process to improve speed, quality, ideation, and productivity—not simply generating artwork.
• Ability to write effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated content, refining outputs to meet brand, accessibility, and design standards.
• Experience designing polished executive presentations in PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset with emerging creative technologies.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Experience supporting global marketing organizations is a plus.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines across multiple products or brands.
• Portfolio required.

Compensation The annual base salary for this position is expected to be 95,000. Base salary is one component of Gen's total compensation package, which includes annual bonus. Gen benefits 1. 401(k) retirement plan with company match – Gen matches 50% of the first 7% of eligible pay you contribute, capped at $6,000 per year in company match.

1. Health Savings Account (HSA) funding – if you enroll in an HSA-eligible medical plan, Gen contributes $500–$1,500 per year depending on your coverage tier.
2. Wellness / fitness reimbursement – up to $375 per year reimbursed for eligible fitness and wellness expenses (gym membership, classes, etc.).
3. Sustainable home improvement allowance – up to $500 per year for approved sustainable home upgrades (e.g., insulation, energy-efficient appliances).
4. Tuition / education reimbursement – up to $5,250 per calendar year for approved, job-related education.
