We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer/Multimedia Producer to join our in-house Communications team. This role will serve as a key creative resource for the organization, translating complex ideas, company stories and strategic priorities into compelling visual content across digital, print and video platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with hands-on video production capabilities and can take projects from concept through final production. This person will work closely with Communications and teams across the organization to create professional, engaging content for corporate communications, social media, presentations, events, community engagement, recruitment, investor communications and other internal and external audiences.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who is equally comfortable designing an executive presentation, developing a social media graphic, photographing employees in the field or producing a polished video from concept through final edit.

• Design high-quality visual materials for digital and print applications, including presentations, social media content, advertisements, fact sheets, brochures, reports, infographics, signage, event materials and internal communications.
• Develop graphics and visual storytelling concepts that make complex or technical information clear, engaging and accessible.
• Create and maintain templates for presentations, social media, corporate communications and other frequently used materials.
• Support the development and production of annual reports, sustainability reports, investor materials and other major corporate publications.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers, vendors and other external partners when needed.
• Ensure visual materials consistently reflect the company’s brand standards and overall visual identity.
• Help evolve the company’s visual storytelling while maintaining consistency across communications channels.

• Plan, edit and produce video content for corporate communications, social media, websites, presentations, events, recruitment and community engagement.
• Develop video concepts, storyboards, shot lists and production plans in partnership with the Communications team.
• Conduct and record interviews with executives, employees, technical experts, community partners and other stakeholders.
• Capture, or coordinate with vendors to capture, high-quality video, photography and audio in office, field and operational environments.
• Edit short- and long-form video content, including social media videos, project updates, employee profiles, executive messages, event recaps and corporate storytelling pieces.
• Incorporate motion graphics, titles, animation, music, voiceover and other production elements as appropriate.
• Adapt longer-form video content into short-form content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Coordinate with external vendors for photography and video capture.
• Organize and maintain the company’s photography and video asset library.

• Partner with Communications colleagues to develop visually compelling content for corporate social media channels.
• Create platform-specific graphics, animations and video content optimized for digital audiences.
• Identify opportunities to turn company milestones, technical information, employee stories and field activities into engaging visual content.
• Support content calendars and campaigns with original creative assets.
• Stay current on evolving visual, video and social media trends and recommend appropriate new formats and techniques.

• Support the development of polished executive presentations, conference materials, speaking-event graphics and other high-visibility communications.
• Work with technical and business teams to translate complex information into clear charts, diagrams, illustrations and visual narratives.
• Provide creative support for company announcements, project milestones, employee communications, recruitment initiatives and community engagement activities.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail, particularly for externally distributed materials.

• Serve as a day-to-day steward of the company’s visual brand.
• Apply established brand standards consistently across print, digital, presentation and video materials.
• Help maintain brand templates, graphic libraries, photography standards and other creative resources.
• Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, videographers and other creative vendors when additional support is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 3–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, multimedia content or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design and video production capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with After Effects or other motion graphics/animation tools strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and experience creating professional corporate presentations.
• Demonstrated experience with video cameras, lighting, audio equipment and photography.
• Strong video editing, color correction and audio editing skills.
• Understanding of digital and social media content requirements, including aspect ratios, formats and platform-specific best practices.
• Strong typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, accurate work.

• Experience working as part of an in-house corporate communications or marketing team.
• Experience supporting industrial, mining, engineering, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure or other technical organizations.
• Experience photographing and filming in industrial or field environments.
• Experience creating infographics, technical illustrations, maps or data visualizations.
• Experience with drone photography/video and FAA Part 107 certification, or interest in obtaining certification.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
• Experience working with executives and senior leadership on high-visibility communications.
