Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers. This position involves routing analysis and rerouting, team support, troubleshooting, strategizing, the ability to drive, an ability to follow directions/mapping, coaching, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor delivery routes to ensure drivers reach destinations efficiently.
• Support team members and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor drivers on road, set-up rescues, and ensure all packages are delivered.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the delivery team and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach team on "Rules of the Road", efficient driving techniques, and troubleshooting packages/deliveries.
• Complete thorough post-route vehicle inspections.
• Dispatcher must be driver qualified to perform rescues when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with partnering teams.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while managing team, handling products, and operating vehicles.
• Lead load-out and ensure all team members dispatch on time or early.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or delivery driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans.
• Ability to analyze routing, communicate with leadership, coach team members, and manage portal inputs.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to complete minor repairs (light/fuse replacement, etc.) on vehicles a plus.
• Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
