Lead Mitigation Technician

Job Position Description: With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial sites, maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets, and strive to exceed customer expectations by providing world-class service. Responsibilities: Provide project documentation to office staff and Mitigation Project Manager (work authorization, Certificate of Completion, Dry logs, etc.) Communicate project scope, start, and completion dates with customers and internal teams Obtain and share adjuster contact information Coordinate job requirements with technicians Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation duties, demolition, and related tasks Load and unload equipment and supplies Complete work within scheduled timelines Monitor progress daily and complete dry logs Maintain clear communication with team members and management Ensure job sites are clean and orderly Complete project inspection forms Manage customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment Follow all uniform and policy guidelines Develop production skills and expertise Participate in after-hours/emergency on-call rotations Perform other duties as assigned Additional Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday On call Overtime as needed Location and Travel: Based in Troy, MI 48084 (Required) Willing to travel approximately 10% (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
