You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing, mitigating, and cleaning homes and businesses.

Compensation:$37,000 - $65,000+ per year
Responsibilities:- Mend and refurbish the home or business
- Identify mold, weather, fire, and water damage in homes and businesses
- Execute all water mitigation and extraction services
- Physical fitness and stamina is required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable with using power and hand tools
- Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
- IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) required, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred
- MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
- Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule
- Empathy and compassion
- Willing to learn new things every day
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and certifications are a plus
