Overview Onin Staffing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support in Troutman, NC. The ideal candidate enjoys keeping things organized, handling paperwork, and assisting multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with office communication
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately
- Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative projects
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Competitive pay at $18/hr
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
