With our rich history since 1982, we're all about fostering growth and excitement through gymnastics, tumbling, and our lively Ninja Zone. You'll be part of a supportive team that believes in making work feel like play, ensuring each day is filled with enthusiasm and purpose. We're looking for someone passionate and eager to share their positive energy as we continue shaping a brighter future for kids. In this role, you'll coach from Monday through Saturday, with hours that may vary based on program needs. We value a positive attitude and are committed to training the right person to succeed. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in building confidence and self-assurance in our students, imparting skills that go beyond the gym. $14+ hourly DOE

• Lead engaging and dynamic gymnastics classes that inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.
• Teach a personalized training plan that cater to the unique needs and goals of each student.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and motivated.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organized training area.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and achievements.

• Positive energy and loves to work with children
• Must be patient and take the time to learn how to best teach your students
• Previous experience with coaching is a plus, but not required if you are willing to jump in and learn
• Capable of spotting low-level skills from preschool age through teens
