Customer Service Representative – Call Center

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission

Bath Planet by NW Bath Specialists is looking for an upbeat, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced call center. This role is focused on providing excellent customer service, following up with homeowners, and scheduling free in-home bathroom design consultations.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly.

• Make up to 200 outbound calls and follow-ups each day to assigned customers and leads.

• Contact homeowners who requested information about bathroom remodeling projects.

• Qualify customers, answer basic questions, and schedule in-home design consultations.

• Offer same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible.

• Complete appointment confirmations by phone, text, and email.

• Multitask throughout the day by managing calls, texts, emails, appointment confirmations, and follow-up tasks.

• Use a computer throughout your shift to accurately enter customer information, appointment details, call notes, and outcomes into our CRM.

• Follow the company call script while keeping conversations friendly and natural.

• Meet daily expectations for calls, contacts, appointments set, confirmations, and accurate data entry.

• Work closely with the sales and customer-care teams to create a great customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.

• Strong multitasking, computer, and data-entry skills.

• Ability to quickly and accurately document customer conversations while working on the phone.

• Reliable attendance and ability to stay focused in a busy call-center environment.

• Basic experience with email, texting, and CRM software.

• Customer service, call center, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to follow a process, handle objections professionally, and ask for the appointment.

Compensation

• $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.
