Customer Service Representative We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is designed for dedicated professionals who are eager to answer inbound calls professionally, convert customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments, and accurately input information into our CRM system. You'll work to respond to pricing and scheduling inquiries while routing urgent calls to dispatchers, supporting both dispatch and field teams to ensure a smooth daily workflow. Book service appointments by converting inquiries into scheduled jobs. Gather customer data including contact details and service needs. Input accurate information into company software or CRM systems. Respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, and scheduling availability. Route urgent calls to dispatchers or appropriate team members.
