If you're great with details, enjoy talking to customers, and like variety in your day, this role might be perfect for you.This position is the heartbeat of the store — greeting visitors, supporting the team, handling paperwork, and jumping in on special projects when needed.What You'll DoBe the First Friendly Face: Welcome visitors and answer phone calls, making sure everyone gets to the right person quickly.Keep Things Organized: Handle store paperwork, process purchase orders, maintain files, and manage mail.Support Daily Operations: Provide clerical and administrative help to the sales, parts, and service teams.Handle Cash & Deposits: Prepare bank deposits and balance daily cash receipts.Help with Retail Tasks: Assist as a clerk/cashier for store items like toys, apparel, handheld equipment, etc.Pitch In on Projects: Support inventory, help merchandise the showroom, and assist with customer events or special projects from the central office.Be the Go-To Helper: Whatever the team needs to keep the store running smoothly — you're there!What You BringStrong Administrative Skills: You're comfortable with clerical work and handling paperwork accurately.Great Communication: Friendly, clear, and professional with customers and teammates.Super Organized: Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track.Computer Confidence: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and typical office software.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.If you enjoy helping people, keeping things organized, and being the supportive backbone of a busy store, we'd love to meet you!
