Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Impartial Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services in the community and virtually, effectively conducting assessments and creating personalized treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Building strong therapeutic rapport with clients through effective communication, empathy, and understanding, helping to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to develop integrated care plans that address individual client needs and facilitate improved patient outcomes.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver brief treatment interventions, prevention, and recovery services tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Regularly participating in team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies to enhance team effectiveness.

• Maintaining compliance with ethical standards and regulations set forth by both the organization and licensing boards.

• Identifying risk factors to ensure a safe environment for clients and quickly addressing any concerns regarding client safety or care.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress thoroughly and accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Your clinical expertise will focus on working with a diverse patient population within the hospice environment, often including individuals facing severe emotional distress or significant mental health challenges. You will be specially equipped to handle sensitive issues that arise during the end-of-life care process, supporting not only the patients but also their families as they navigate the complexities of grief, loss, and mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
